One of the many challenges that faced this site was an out dated look and systems that hindered the growth of this site. What I introduced was a new look and feel to this membership site that will enhance its customers’ experience and increase sales by giving better, workable pricing options for new customers. Another focus to fix was how to serve the large library of videos in a more pleasing and optimized way. I’ve accomplished this by making the videos not load all at once. The video will load once clicked and this proved to drastically improve site load times. There were a lot of copy editing and imagery changing but with the help of the CEO himself, this didn’t take too long to do. Overall, this project was fun and I’m very please on how it turned out.
