Ryno Power

As a Graphic Designer and Web Manager for Ryno Power, my primary task was to manage the website through content updates, site maintenance, and creating changes necessary to enhance the user experience. I solved many logistical issues through the uses of WooCommerce, Ship Station, Zapier and other software to stream line and better enhance customer experience. Worked with an international team member in the Australia branch to help solve site and customer issues. Overhauled Ryno Power Gym’s overall look with new design, solved many site issues regards to membership access and member’s account management. Helped solved issues with payment portals through PayPal and credit card. Optimized site’s performance for speed and better user usability.
